Construction continues at a rapid pace on the newest and largest apartment complex (Lapis Residence), located in the Galata area, near the Nicolina neighborhood.

According to the investor's representatives, the first building has begun interior parking construction and the installation of thermal (underfloor heating), electrical, and sanitary systems. At the second building, work continues with the foundation, and the investor started selling apartments in April.
